Welcome to Moments of Love Photography
We are Emma & Chris, fellow Auskick parents with our son Cooper. We also are the owners of Moments of Love Photography in Arnolds Creek
We are so excited to meet and capture your little one's personality as they run around having fun at Auskick. We take the time to interact and play along side your child, allowing us to get to know them and capture some fun moments that you can treasure for years to come. We will work one on one to create gorgeous images of your child, during their Auskick session

When & Where is Photo Day?
Photos will be taken during your Auskick session at Melton Centrals Football Club - Arnold’s Creek Reserve - 20 Long Tree Dr, Harkness,
on Saturday the 3rd and Saturday the 17th of June. We will have a little station set up on the oval

What happens on Photo Day ?
If you have pre registered you will have a designated 5 minute time slot. We ask that you collect your child from their Auskick rotation a few minutes prior to their allocated time slot, give them a drink of water, wipe over their hands and faces if needed and bring them over to our little station
We will then interact one on one with your child to capture some posed and candid photos of them participating in some activities that they normally do during their footy sessions
These photos will be taken in a safe environment, without any other children in the frame. These session will be quick, easy and stress free and allow for your child to jump straight back into their Auskick program

How much do photos cost ?
PRICING & PACKAGES
For an affordable price of $20 you will be signing your little one up for a little mini photography session and you will also receive 2 digital images of your choice through an online gallery
After receiving your online gallery you have the option to purchase additional digital images for $10 each
* Print packages are also available

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay upfront for Photos?
Yes, you need to pre register your child and make a $20 payment to lock in your session date and time
Once you have received your online gallery you are able to make selections of images, upgrade packages and purchase products if you wish
What if my child is away on their scheduled photo day?
We understand that sickness and unforeseeable circumstances occur. We are generally at the centre for a number of days and will try to reschedule your child while we are still running sessions. If we need to reschedule in a following week a small fee will be required for us to revisit the centre. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if your child is absent on their allocated photo day
What should I dress my child in?
We recommend that they wear what they normally would wear to Auskick. They may like to wear their favourite footy teams jersey and even some footy boots, or they could just be most comfortable in a jumper and trackies
Do you take Sibling Photos?
We sure do! Please remember to let us know when you pre register so that we are aware you would like a sibling portrait
How can I pay for my photo selections?
Payments are made either by credit card or bank transfer. Details will be included when you receive your invoice. Cash payments are not accepted as orders are made online. An online contract will also be required to sign, to allow us to take photos of your child. Payment and a signature must be provided prior to your session
When will I receive my digital images?
Final edited galleries will be delivered 4 - 5 weeks after your photo selections and any additional payments are received
When is the closing date for print orders and what happens if I am late ordering?
The due date is noted on the email attached to your child's online gallery. The due date for ordering is usually up to 10 days after you receive your gallery
A postage / late fee of $20 applies for print orders placed after the due date - please ensure you do order by this date in order to avoid this fee.
You will then be notified when your prints are ready to be collected from Moments of Love Photography located in Arnolds Creek
When will I receive my purchased Printed Images?
Approximately 2-3 weeks after print orders close we will have all print orders ready for collection from Moments of Love Photography located in Arnolds Creek
