Why pre register?
Pre registered children will have a variety of images to show case in their online gallery.
Sibling photos are only taken if you pre registered.
(Please fill out one form per child at the centre)
If you have forgotten to pre register prior to photo day, your child will still have their photo taken and you can order packages of that one image.

Welcome to Moments of Love Photography
We are so excited to meet and capture your little one's personality as they run around having fun at Child Care. We take the time to interact and play along side your child, allowing us to get to know them and capture some fun moments that you can treasure for years to come. We will do our best to make sure to clean their little faces, tidy hair and straighten clothing to make sure they are ready to have their photos taken. We will work one on one or within small groups to create gorgeous images of your child.
What happens on Photo Day ?
Prior to all sessions you will be given a flyer with information on the date your child will be photographed. Each child will then have their individual portrait taken and sibling photos if pre registered for. If you do not wish for your child's photo to be taken please let your child's teacher/director know or alternatively contact us as soon as possible. For each class a composite group photo will be available - a collage of each individual child in one image.
How much do photos cost ?

* If you have pre-registered for photos you will have a selection of photos to choose from.
You have the option to just purchase from one image packages, or, if you love more than one photo, there is options for multiple image purchases. We love to offer a variety in your gallery so you can choose according to your budget.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay upfront for Photos?
You do not need to make any payments up front. You are able to view your online gallery with no obligation to purchase any items, unless you wish to. Once you have received your online gallery you are able to make selections of images, packages and products, in which you will then receive an invoice for and be able to make payment.
What if my child is away on their scheduled photo day?
We understand that sickness and unforeseeable circumstances occur. We are generally at the centre for a number of days and will try to reschedule your child while we are still running sessions. If we need to reschedule in a following week a small fee will be required for us to revisit the centre. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if your child is absent on their allocated photo day.
What should I dress my child in?
It is important to dress your child in something that represents their personality. It is not about the fancy clothes but more about the little one and their expressions. All that is really required is nice clean clothing. We suggest that you avoid clothing with characters, branding logos or writing as this can be very distracting. We also recommend that you stay away from big and busy patterns. Simple colours and classic patterns like spots, stripes and checks work really well.
Tips for boys: pants and shorts with pockets work really well and button up shirts are really cute
Tips for girls: a dress or top and pants can also look great
Do you take Sibling Photos?
We sure do! Please remember to pre register so that we are aware you would like a sibling portrait. Sibling photos are generally taken on the youngest sibling's photo day.
I cannot work out how to order online?
If you are having troubles accessing your child's online gallery or working out how to add items to the cart - please email us for assistance. We will get back to you in 12-24 hours whenever possible to assist. Sometimes mobile devices may display the cart a little differently - so where possible please use a desktop or laptop computer to view your online gallery.
How can I pay for my photo selections?
Payments are made either by credit card or bank transfer. Details will be included when your receive your invoice. Cash payments are not accepted as orders are made online. Payright payment plans are available for orders over $300.
When is the closing date for print orders and what happens if I am late ordering?
The due date is noted on your child's flyer and will be included in the details attached to your child's online gallery. The due date for ordering is usually up to 10 days after you receive your gallery.
A postage / late fee of $20 applies for print orders placed after the due date - please ensure you do order by this date in order to avoid this fee. Your prints are then delivered to your child's centre for collection.
When will I receive my purchased Printed Images?
Approximately 2-3 weeks after print orders close we will deliver all print products to your centre to be collected.
